All the bad things

I'm waiting for the bad things to stop happening. First, the relationship with Debra ended last week. Then Friday, Othercat was killed out in the road next to the barn. Saturday night, I hit and killed a deer out near the house, destroying the front of the Saab. And now today I find that Felix, one of the cats I'm watching for Mark, has gotten out and he will probably never come back. He was almost feral, so wild he used to run UP the walls if I came in the room where he and Whiskers are.

I'm waiting for the bad stuff to stop happening for a while.
