Of sick cats and cool shoes

Well, Mary is home from the vet. Several thousand dollars later, we're still not sure what the outcome will be, since the bone aspirate that they did earlier won't be worked out for a couple of days in any way that'll give us results.

Suzanne is really pleased with some shoes I found for her, really red patent t-strap pumps. As expected, nobody at work noticed, but she likes them a great deal.

It's about to rain like hell. Time to cook dinner before the grill gets washed away.
